The first album of the Imperia band will be released on 15th September by Flamingo records.
The album:
Fever is the band that was missing in Italy and Cupio Dissolvi is the perfect synthesis of the ratings made by them in recent years. Take the post punk of Poison Ruin and Chain Cult and mix it with the mephitic metal of Devil Master, all this resting on the solid foundation of 80’s Italian hardcore of Negazione and Wretched. In short, the album is perfectly placed in 2023 with wave and punk references that are handled with measure.
The band:
Fever was born in Imperia in autumn/winter 2020 from the ashes of a previous project (Frattura) in which Degra, Mauri and Dax were already involved.
The intention was to give a cut to the style of the previous projects, trying to do something more personal that reflect them in a better way, rather than trying to imitate something that already existed.
Left orphaned of the drummer, during the summer of 2020 they met Simo and so with the full lineup they start to compose what will end up in the homonymous EP released in 2021.
